Satyananda Yoga for all – ongoing progressive classes for adults regardless of age or ability. Ideal for combatting stress, sharpening concentration and improving sleep quality. Classes include postures (asanas) breathing practices (pranayama) and deep relaxation (yoga nidra).

Satyananda Yoga balances and harmonises all aspects of the being – including the physical body, mind, emotions and psyche. It is rooted in ancient yogic and tantric traditions, with a contemporary and evolving approach which takes into account the needs of modern life today.

Classes include stress management, chair yoga, yoga for people with cancer, yoga for continuers.
Tuesday at 1PM and 7PM
Wednesday at 1PM, 6.15PM and 7PM

Caroline Prichard has been practising Satyananda Yoga since the early 1990s and teaching since 2011. She qualified with the Bihar School of Yoga and Satyananda Yoga Centres UK and EIRE, accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga of which she is a member. She is the editor for the British Wheel of Yoga Voices Magazine in the West Midlands
