Yoga~Nu~U is about embracing & accepting who you are – on and off the mat and in the community. Exploring boundaries and finding new edges. Making yoga accessible and keeping it real.  From a successful 20 year career in Financial Services working across the UK and overseas I’m now sharing Yoga, Reiki, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) coaching and other life insights I’ve picked up on the way. Through my Yoga Classes, workshops, treatments and Wellbeing Retreats held in stunning Scotland and overseas.  As well as finding new ways to give back through karma based yoga in action activities.  Come and connect with your inner wisdom and find you too. My RYS200 yoga training explored Akhanda Hatha yoga in India. Reiki discovered me in Bolivia and NLP grew on me in Scotland.  And I’ve just completed ‘Curvy Yoga’ additional teacher training – making yoga more accessible to all body shapes and sizes.
