YogaBellies for pregnancy is a fantastic approach to antenatal fitness, with adapted poses, meditative and breathing techniques encouraging ladies to remain focused and calm during birth.
Each 75 minute class is structured for each trimester of pregnancy and can be adapted for any pelvic girdle pains. We always include a relaxation element, and each week have a pregnancy related discussion.
Courses are booked in blocks of 8 and as they are rolling you can join at any time that there is space. Every attendee received a YogaBellies epack with loads of downloads, including music for mothers and meditation/relaxation technique’s. You also receive a gorgeous tote bag loads of local info, samples and offers.
