Yoga at Work

If you have a stressed out office and a workforce which is stuck at their desk for eight hours a day, taking some time out for yoga can be hugely beneficial. The other advantage is there’s no excuse for missing class when it’s in the meeting room next door.

Teaching yoga in offices is where it all began for me so I love to go back to my roots and just get people moving either at lunchtime or after work. That way there’s really no excuse to take a break and have a stretch to be ready and active for the next bout in the office!
