Lindi Lu – yoga teacher (Hatha and Kundalini)
Lindi includes teachings from Hatha, Iyengar, Sivananda and Kundalini yoga to give her students a rounded experience from which they can make their own practice and expand their horizons. As a yoga teacher, she makes her teaching inclusive and varied, with an accent on fun. Laughter is an amazing form of healing and expression.
As her students gain confidence and proficiency, they achieve discipline and continuity in their practice. Breath work and dynamic forms are balanced with stillness and entering into the oneness created by the experience of yoga.
