The perfect yoga surf holiday in Morocco
Villa Mandala is situated right in front of Banana beach on the Atlantic coast. It is tucked away from the market’s hustle and bustle and standing out as the best accommodation in the area, Villa Mandala is the perfect surf and yoga retreat. Seconds from fantastic surf of Banana Point, Onze and Douze, it incorporates privacy and a soulful individuality. Make this stunning private villa your very own home for the week in your yoga surf holiday in Morocco. You will find plenty of chill out areas with comfy sofas, cosy lighting and Moroccan trinkets. It’s the perfect place to share time with others or enjoy your own space.
Yoga classes are held in the shaded wooden rooftop yoga shala, with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. See the sun rising or setting during your practice.
You will have two yoga classes daily with one yoga free day. The morning starts with an optional meditation followed by a 2-hours asana class. You will meet again in the late afternoon for a more restorative yoga class for 1.5 hours.
The classes are suitable for all levels and yoga experience.
Lindi Lu – yoga teacher (Hatha and Kundalini)
Lindi includes teachings from Hatha, Iyengar, Sivananda and Kundalini yoga to give her students a rounded experience from which they can make their own practice and expand their horizons. As a yoga teacher, she makes her teaching inclusive and varied, with an accent on fun. Laughter is an amazing form of healing and expression.
As her students gain confidence and proficiency, they achieve discipline and continuity in their practice. Breath work and dynamic forms are balanced with stillness and entering into the oneness created by the experience of yoga.
