Our Stretch Class offers more increase in overall flexibility than Yoga or any other stretch method and are one of the most effective ways to increase mobility and flexibility currently available in the UK. We use a range of stretch techniques and have developed our own method of developing flexibility at vulnerable attachment points to help reduce injuries and strains during physical activities and sports.
This class is simply great for everyone and especially for people who are involved in sports or spend long hours at desks. After these classes you will feel relaxed, rejuvenated and back in touch with your body. You will sleep better, feel better and look better.
