The Doron Yoga Meditation Retreat offers the most practical tool to bliss. The retreat is Zen-based with some Tibetan, Osho, and guided meditations, as well some yoga and philosophy discussion.
We will use a variety of meditation techniques to understand better our mind, and dive deeper to learn who we really are. This include practicing yoga asana (physical poses) daily to concentrate and prepare the body for meditation.
There is a difference between who we think we are, and who we actually are. Doron will teach the basics of meditation, forms and functionality.
