Yoga Fundamentals - Beginners Yoga

What it’s all about?
Always wanted to try yoga but not sure if you are flexible or fit enough? This is the class for you. We will cover all the basic, fundamental poses in yoga, providing plenty of options to suit every range of ability.

What’s the class like?
Each class will begin with a guided breath practice (pranayama) before we move into a series of yoga postures. The poses covered will have a unique focus each week, offering an in-depth look at options to address tightness in different areas of the body. Classes will flow through a series of standing, seated and reclining postures, all with options available to suit every ability in the class.

What level is the class aimed at?
This class is suitable for complete beginners. We will spend a bit of time breaking down postures, introducing suitable props to support your practice and offering options to suit all ability levels.

How much does this class cost?
The 5-week block costs £30, alternatively, you can book a drop-in class which is £7.50.
