Aimed at anyone who would love to explore the benefits of yoga but feel a little intimidated at the thought of turning up to a regular yoga class. No experience, yoga pants or even a yoga mat is required. ALL body shapes and sizes are welcomed into this inclusive course that makes no judgment or has any expectations of you.

Yoga brings many benefits to the body and mind including improved flexibility, a quieter mind that encourages better sleep and lowers levels of stress. No experience required.
