Yoga for Beginners

This workshop is aimed at those who have never practiced yoga or those wanting to return to yoga.The workshop offers a practical approach to yoga. You will learn basic yoga postures, yogic breathing, the art of relaxation and yoga nidra. Please bring a non slip mat, a blanket, an open mind and your sense of humour. Yoga is practiced in bare feet but if you prefer you can wear non slip socks. Refreshments will be provided during the mid morning break. Places are limited so please book early.
