Yoga and Afternoon Tea

This half-day yoga retreat is designed to help you cultivate more balance. During the transition between autumn into winter, it can be difficult to cultivate balance in our lives. The changing seasons bring about a desire to hibernate and avoid social events. Life is about balance. Finding the equilibrium between an active social life and staying snug indoors. Yoga is the perfect medium to help create that balance, both on and off the mat. During this retreat, we will balance the social (yang) Yoga Flow class with a gentle, slow Yin Yoga practice. But we will also reward our healthy endeavors with a delicious Afternoon Tea.

What to expect:

90 minute Yoga Flow class
Guided meditation
Afternoon tea, in our own Private Dining Area (*please get in touch if you have any dietary requirements)
90 minute Yin Yoga class
Yoga Nidra

If you have your own yoga mat, blanket or eye pillow, please feel free to bring them along. Please wear comfortable clothing, which allows you to move freely.
While some yoga experience is preferred, beginners are welcome to come along.
