Hi, I’m Louisa & I run ‘The Yoga Room’ from my home yoga studio in the West End of Glasgow.
I specialise in 1-2-1 private yoga sessions, weekly beginners classes and monthly Yin and Mindfulness workshops. I am passionate about sharing the tools of Yoga, helping people navigate through life with more ease and less stress.
I offer tried and tested tools and techniques to help achieve your personal health and wellbeing goals – from improving strength , mobility and flexibility in the body, to building a daily meditation practice. My approach to teaching is both functional and inclusive. I believe that EveryBody is a Yoga Body.
