I am registered as a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and have been teaching Hatha Yoga/Sivananda yoga on a full time basis since 2001. I have spent many years living in yoga ashrams in India and Canada. I now live in Bristol and annually conduct yoga teachers training courses, retreats and pilgrimmages in India. I also travel giving workshops and retreats in both the UK, India, China and beyond. Regular weekly yoga and meditation classes are conducted in Bristol with either myself, Lila or one of Yogaprema’s wonderful teachers 🙂 www.yogaprema.org
