Suitable for all levels but those new to yoga should try a Gentle Flow class first. Mindfully integrating movement & breath, this class is aimed at the seasoned beginner who has Level 1 experience & intermediate practitioners who are ready to expand their practice. These classes begin to encourage practitioners to explore more challenging postures & may include arm balances & deeper backbends. We recommend that students taking these classes feel confident, safe, & strong throughout classic sun salutations.
