Spring Course

This course covers the principles and practice of pranayama, based on Yoga texts. It will give guidance on a range of simple and complex pranayamas, on how to build a home practice and on safe and fruitful teaching.

It is suitable for teachers and experienced students as participants are expected to have some familiarity with pranayama practice.

The course plan is comprehensive; however, it is subject to change depending on the needs of the participants.
