Two well-balanced dynamic yoga sessions in the morning
Followed by two Restorative yoga sessions in the afternoon
Yoga practice using the most exquisite essential oils to balance your emotions and help you let go of anything that no longer serves you
Meditation and Yoga Nidra, practices to take home to help you find your inner calm
A day where everything will be taken care of for you so you can let go and immerse yourself in taking care of your body, mind and spirit
