Satyananda Yoga

Weekly classes, for beginners and experienced practitioners, in Bristol and Stroud.  Also workshops, half and full days, and training.

All classes include asana, pranayama, and yoga nidra &/or a sitting meditative practice.  Classes generally last 75 minutes.

I also run weekly classes for pregnant women and for mums and babies – both in Stroud.  These are small and friendly classes, working with postures and flowing sequences, breath awareness, sound and deep relaxation. They give you a space in which  to connect with yourself, your baby and other women who are also on the journey of motherhood.

I work from a beautiful, dedicated yoga studio, and I’m an experienced yoga teacher and mother of two.
