Saying you’re too stiff for yoga is like saying you’re too dirty for a bath. If you’re feeling stiff or sore yoga is the perfect way to relieve tight or strained muscles. My classes are tailored for different needs and in-class asanas/positions include options for you to discover and progress your range of motion in a safe way. I offer a range of classes in the Southside of Glasgow, which all focus on alignment of the spine, including Restorative, Vinyasa Flow, Beginners and Over 50s.
