If you’re entirely new to yoga or have been out of the loop for a while and want to brush up your skills my beginner’s courses are the perfect way to build your confidence so you can step into any yoga class with ease!

Over six weeks you’ll learn:

  • What to expect from a typical yoga class
  • Basic yoga poses with good alignment
  • The importance of breath in yoga

The great advantage of signing up for six weeks is that you’ll get a great foundation and you’ll meet the same group of people who are all starting out with yoga too.
