This new evening class will have an emphasis on relaxation and restoration for the end of the week. It will involve gentle movements, breathing exercises, postures to test balance and patience, and end with a longer deep relaxation to relax the physical body and the mind. The class finishes at 9:30pm with the idea that you can go home relaxed and ready for a good nights sleep.
It would be a great opportunity for anyone who is feeling a bit overwhelmed at work, stressed with exams (under 18’s must be accompanied by a guardian), anyone would like to introduce some exercise in their lives but not sure where to start, those who would like a slower paced class.
Anyone is welcome to attend and block bookings are available to cut down on the cost of classes.
