Pure Yoga Bliss with Gina

My name is Gina.  I am a yoga teacher offering classes in London and Sussex.  Classes begin with a focus on the breath to help ground and acknowledge the body to realize a new potential. Integrating breath with movement helps create a natural rhythmic support and sense of well-being. My classes include classical hatha yoga asanas (postures) to help tone, strengthen and increase flexibility. Incorporating a flowing movement of forward bends, back bends, inversions and twists to stretch the spine, thereby balancing the central nervous system. We complete the class with a deep relaxation, essential to store and ground the energy created during the class leaving you feeling rejuvenated and revitalized!  The classes are suitable for all levels, beginners are welcome!
