Prenatal Yoga

The pre-natal yoga classes will show you how to safely build strength and flexibility during your pregnancy. The sessions will also cover breathing and relaxation exercises, practices to help you connect with your baby, restorative poses to help with fatigue and some useful breath and movement techniques to help during labour.

Classes run every Monday from 18.15 – 19.30 at The Yoga Barre, 32A Leeds Road, Ilkley, LS29 8DS.
