Challenge your mind/body and release stress as you gain lean muscle, balance and flexibility with Nimble Flow. This dynamic mat class combinations Pilates and sling yoga to relieve daily muscle aches and stiff joints. The class is choreographed to music on the spot, around three body parts, as requested by our students. What’s your request? Is it the dreaded muffin top? Arms? Glutes? Abs? Back? Love handles? Whatever it is, we’ll work it in, to redefine and transform your body. This all levels class is focused on good form and makes modification (for new students) to prevent injury.
