Pilates & Stretch Classes

Our Pilates classes are quite different to classical Pilates as we combine it with gymnastic strength and conditioning work. This combination of strengthening and stabilising with fluid Pilates work and holding positions from gymnastic body work makes for a true full body workout with physical intelligence. In these classes we use extremely effective, whole body exercises that develop stability and physical stamina in a wide range of positions, movements and holds.
