In each class, we’ll explore steadily flowing through and holding yoga asanas (poses), with an emphasis on healthy bodily alignment and syncing breath with movement, to promote strength and flexibility, balance in the body and mind, encourage moving with awareness, and to promote mindfulness. Classes intend to cultivate and promote physical and inner balance and a greater sense of well-being.
About Patty: A US Yoga Alliance and British Wheel of Yoga certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Patty has held a passion for movement and gymnastics since childhood, where she’d create yoga-like sequences for fun and a feeling of freedom. She fell in love with yoga through Anusara, where the playful, mindful practices and colorful stories left her feeling inspired, euphoric, stronger, more flexible, and free from stress and anxiety. Freeing and transforming, she has been practicing consistently since. Her qualifications include the British Wheel of Yoga and US Yoga Alliance certified 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, 390 Yoga Teacher Training Diploma with triyoga in London, and Kate Ellis’ Embodied Relational Yoga Therapy trainin.
