Our yoga practice at The Mindful Space is rooted in the Akhanda yoga tradition.
It was started to help others to lead a more holistic, balanced and healthy lifestyle, providing time away from the busyness and stress of many current lifestyles.
Through regular holistic yoga practice, many students have found that they are able to better cope with stress and day-to-day demands and activities.
Classes are based on traditional yoga, offering a balanced sequencing of asana, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation.
When practiced and understood holistically, yoga becomes even more beneficial and helpful in bringing harmony and balance to our lives, families and society.
