I have been practicing yoga for 25 years and have been teaching for 4 years. I am trained by the British Wheel of Yoga under the guidance of Andrea Kwiatkowski. My classes are Hatha Yoga based and incorporate posture work, breathwork, meditation and philosophy plus more. I teach students how to gain strength and flexibility in the body and concentration and focus in the mind. My aim is to pass on the traditions and teachings of the ancient art of yoga to my students. Yoga is all about uniting the body, mind, soul and teaches us how to live in harmony with ourselves and others in the world.
