CLASS SUMMARY
HATHA Yoga is term for the most popular style of yoga in the West. Our Hatha Yoga classes offer a gentle introduction to yoga and its associated benefits. Ideal for beginners or those who wish to focus on the foundations within a welcoming community group. A typical class starts with a seated breathing exercise (pranayama) and warming movements, followed by yogasana (postures). The class ends with a restorative guided relaxation (savasana / yoga nidra).

*First Class Free – All new students get a free taster lesson.

*Drop-in – £7 taster and pay as you go with no obligation to continue.

*8 Class Pass for £40. You choose the dates that suit you.
