This will be our fifth year of running our popular and successful Greek Island Yoga Holidays.
It is recommended that guests should have a reasonable level of fitness but need not have practiced yoga before. The retreat includes six morning yoga workshops of 75 minutes. These will be practiced either in the air-conditioned living area or on the patio overlooking the sea. Each session is designed to bring balance and harmony to your health. This challenging but invigorating flow yoga will help refresh and enliven your body, mind and spirit.
There are five evening meditation/mindfulness workshops of 30 minutes. With a focus on relaxation, breathing techniques and mindfulness, these sessions will help you achieve enhanced levels of relaxation and tranquility that will make your yoga retreat holiday a memorable experience.
