Gentle Hatha Classes with Parashakti Yoga

‘Parashakti’ means ‘highest energy’ in Sanskrit. My goal is to help students rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit through yoga, and to leave the class feeling energized and refreshed!
Gentle traditional hatha yoga taught in the Colchester and Tendring district areas, with emphasis on Pranayama (breathing techniques), 12 basic Sivananda postures, and relaxation.
I studied for my TTC with the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in London, and my teaching style is influenced by the Sivananda yoga lineage. I am also registered with the Yoga Alliance (RYT-200).
