Weekly yoga class in the city centre, next to St Nick’s Market.
Every Friday at 6.30pm I teach a yin yoga class at Breathe Bristol.
Yin yoga is a more passive practice, that allows us to work on the deeper tissues of our ligaments, joints, and fascia. In yin, we hold poses for longer periods at a time with relaxed muscles. Yin is yielding, allowing, and nourishing. But yin is also challenging, both physically and mentally. If you are used to doing more dynamic types of yoga, yin will be a great counterbalance to your practice.
This class is suited for both beginners and those further in their yoga journey.
The class is £7 for an hour or £5/concession. There are yoga mats available in the studio but you can bring your own.
