Classes with me are simply about looking after your body and reducing physical and mental stress. We breathe, stretch, strengthen and deeply relax.
I combine breathing techniques with flowing movements, safe alignment and pilates exercises. This creates a holistic session in which we intelligently mobilise, strengthen and stretch the body, take the mind away from “to do” lists and allow space to relax, restore and re-energise.
I am based in Camden and work at a variety of locations across London and the south.
