Bliss of Better Sleep Restorative Yoga Workshop with Ruth McNeil

Improving the quality of your sleep can have untold benefits for your overall health. Empower yourself via a better understanding of how the nervous system functions and ways to trigger the reaction crucial to activating your relaxation response through practical means that help to will minimise insomnia & sleep related issues.

Over the course of the afternoon, you’ll learn a combination of mindful movement and restorative yoga to unwind unnecessary stress and tension in the body/mind network. Soothing breathing techniques to create the optimum conditions to get you drifting off to the land of nod effortlessly and easy to implement practices to ensure that you begin your day feeling refreshed, energised and ready for anything.

The workshop takes place on 12th October 3-5pm at Good Vibes, 14-16 Betterton Street, London, WC2

About Ruth:

Ruth is a lifelong yoga practitioner and an experienced British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher.
Ruth trained at the Yoga Academy, Kent and in addition has completed a restorative and yin yoga intensive with Simon Low. Pilates has become integral to her own practice and Ruth is a qualified Pilates teacher with the leaders in intelligent movement and rehabilitation, Polestar Pilates UK.

Ruth teaches vinyasa flow and restorative yoga as well as mat Pilates and is passionate about sharing these holistic movement modalities with you.  It has been Ruth’s experience that these practices develop our ability to experience life fully, with strength, ease, gratitude, joy and compassion.
