This class will demonstrate some of the basics of yoga and some of the more popular posturing.  Some people feel this gives them a little more confidence when moving on to a regular class. It is roll on roll off and usually after 5 or 6 weeks most people feel ready to move on to another class but you are free to decide and can attend the beginners for as long as you feel it’s right for you. If you can’t make the schedul for the beginners class many of our classes are suitable for beginners with a reasonable range of movement.
