Annabel’s classes include a combination of Asanas (postures) with conscious breath, performed in a flowing sequence to help warm up the body, build strength and focus the mind. She also incorporates Asanas that are held for an extended time, to target the connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and fascia – helping to increase flexibility, joints mobility and release built up stale energy and tension. Aspects of meditation, breathing exercises (Pranayama) and relaxation techniques are also used to help still the mind.
