Akhanda Yoga

I teach Akhanda yoga, moving the spine in 8 different directions and working with the breath. This is blended with an Iyengar style, using props to ensure safe alignment. My classes are suitable to everyone irrespective of age, gender or flexibility. Every six weeks, the theme or focus of the class changes.

I cater for all sizes of classes and budget. If you feel more comfortable in a larger class, I teach twice weekly at a church in Redditch (class size around 15). I host smaller classes (max of 5 students) at my home studio, also in Redditch. For those who would prefer 1-2-1 tuition, I offer private classes at my studio or at your home. Theses classes are designed around your needs and goals.
